I have little desire to be in front of the camera, but I dream of spending my life behind it. The way I see it, human innovation in light-sensitive materials has given us the ability to capture any moment. Wielding these tools, it is the player who decides how and when that moment will be captured, making each image a reflection of their unique perspective. For this reason, you’ll notice that 90% of my images are unplanned and unposed. Instead, they are moments I found worthy of being preserved.

As a Colorado native, I’ve developed a deep passion for high-adrenaline sports. For me, the thrill of pushing my body to its limits in pursuit of peak performance is rivaled only by the experience of looking through a viewfinder. Fueled by this passion I inherited from my father, I strive to use photography as a platform to showcase the raw beauty of high-alpine sports. At the same time, I recognize that I’m in a unique position to document the growing destruction climate change is inflicting on these landscapes and the sports they sustain. Without unity and awareness, we stand little chance against the damage we’ve brought upon ourselves.

My voice alone may be quiet, but with the support of others, I hope to make it louder.
